Our new website update allows you to view your CFN card's authorizations in real time. With this, you can see transactions as they are being made as well as reason for any declines. Here's how to see this report:
Log in to your account at secure.pfleet.com. If you need assistance logging in, you can click Forgot Password to reset your password, or you can contact our Customer Service team at 800.499.4645 x2 or at customer.service@pfleet.com for further assistance.
Once logged in, go to Reports -> CFN Real Time Activity.
Your default view is for Today's authorizations, but you'll be able to see up to the last 7 days of activity. You can filter by driver, vehicle, and/or authorization status, and you can search any of the fields that appear on the screen.
The Actions button allows you to export this report to a .csv file (opens in Excel as a spreadsheet), or you can Reset Card to reset the transaction count on the card and/or clear any card errors. You can find further instructions/details about this through the following guide: Reset CFN Transactions
If there are any declined transactions, you'll see the reason for the decline. Here's a brief explanation of the types of declines you may see:
- Do Not Honor - card or account is invalid
- Site Not Allowed - card is not authorized to use that location. See here how to find a valid site:
- Not Permitted - card is attempting to fuel outside of its time (ex. card is allowed to fuel M-F but they're attempting to fuel on a Saturday)
- Exceeds Transaction Limit - card has reached the number of allowed transactions per day
- Exceeds Gallon Limit - card or account is over the allowed gallon limit
- Bad DID - incorrect PIN/Driver ID entered
- Transaction in Progress - pump error (usually driver is re-swiping their card too quickly after the last approved authorization)
Occasionally, some sites will send a numeric code decline. Here is what those codes mean:
1 Not Found = Do Not Honor
3 Not Found = Exceeds Transaction Limit
4 Not Found = Site Not Allowed
6 Not Found = Exceeds Gallon Limit
7 Not Found = Bad DID
If your card is reaching one of its limits, you can adjust your limits in your Cards screen.
If you're seeing a Transaction in Progress or Exceeds Transaction Limit error, you can click Reset Card to reset the transaction count on the card and/or clear any pump errors. You can find further instructions/details about this through the following guide: Reset CFN Transactions
