Our new website makes it easy to reset a CFN card whenever there's a pump error or the card has reached its transactions per day limit. You can use this whenever the CFN Real-Time Transactions (convert into hyperlink once guide is published) shows a Transaction in Progress or Exceeds Transaction Limit error.
Please note this will reset your card's allowed transactions for that day. If your card is having a pump error (Transaction in Progress) and you don't want to reset the transactions, you can wait 10 minutes from the last swipe for the system to automatically clear the pump error.
You can reset your card's transactions on our website in two different areas:
In Reports -> CFN Real-Time Transactions, you can click the Actions button at the top right. Then click Reset Card
In Cards, you can click the Actions button at the top right. Then click Card Reset.
You will then need to enter the 7 digits of your card number. You can find this number in the CFN Real-Time Transactions screen.
Once the card number is entered, click Reset Card. The card will then have its transaction limit reset for the day.
