Our new website makes it easy to reset a Voyager card PIN that has been entered incorrectly too many times.
If an incorrect PIN or Driver ID is entered 3 or more times in a row, your Voyager card will be locked until the card is reset. You can do this from our website in two different areas:
In Reports -> Real-Time Transactions, you can click the Actions button at the top right. Then click Reset PIN.
In Cards, you can click the Actions button at the top right. Then click Reset PIN.
Once you get to this screen, you will need to enter the first 14 digits of your card number. Here's a guide on how to find this card number.
Once the card number is entered, click Reset PIN. The card will then be unlocked and ready to use.
If your card is already unlocked, you may see an error screen after you click Reset PIN. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service team at 800.499.4645 x2 or at customer.service@pfleet.com.
