Customers can easily order a new fuel card by logging into P-Fleet's customer portal. You will be able to select the PIN, specify limits and assign the card to a department if you choose. Start by navigating to the Cards screen. Click Create Voyager Card in the top right corner.
Create a New Card Request
A window will be displayed with options for creating new cards. Enter the number of cards that need to be ordered. Then choose the card tie and card prompt:

Card Tie: cards can be tied to driver or vehicle records.

Driver: When a card is assigned to a driver you can select the following Card Prompts:
- PIN: Choosing this means the card can only be used by its assigned PIN
- Vehicle ID: Choosing this means the card can be used by any active vehicle ID. This enables the driver and vehicle to be identified at the time of fueling.

Vehicle: When a card is assigned to a vehicle, you can select the following Card Prompts:
- PIN: Choosing this means the card can only be used by its assigned PIN
- Driver ID: Choosing this means the card can be used by any active driver ID. This enables the driver and vehicle to be identified at the time of fueling.

Driver: When a card is assigned to a driver you can select the following Card Prompts:
Click Save once you've made your selections. You will then be redirected to a card order page to enter your card information.
Entering Information for Your New Card(s)
The fields below will be displayed. Depending on how cards will be tied, some fields that are not applicable will be disabled:
- First Name: Enter the driver's first name.
- Middle Initial: This is an optional field.
- Last Name: Enter the driver's last name. If the combined first, middle and last names match a driver already in the system, it will be associated with that driver record.
- Vehicle Description: Description to be printed on the card when cards are tied to Vehicles
- Vehicle #: If a card is tied to a vehicle this field will appear, this is an up to 6-digit number identifying the vehicle. If the vehicle already exists in the system, you don't need to add the vehicle again. To order a new card for that existing vehicle, go to the Cards screen instead and select replace or cancel and replace
- PIN: PINs must be between 4 and 6 digits. They can start with 0, but cannot be overly simple (e.g., 11111, 12345).
- Card Limit Setting: Soft limits allow drivers to call in to receive a one-time bypass in the event they hit their limits. Hard limits will not allow drivers to call in for a bypass.
- Tran. / Day: Number of transactions allowed per day (Required, limit resets at midnight CST)
- $ / Tran.: This is an optional limit. It is the maximum dollars allowed per transaction.
- $ / Day: Maximum dollars allowed per day (Required, limit resets at midnight CST)
- $ / Week: Maximum dollars allowed per week (Required, limit resets on Sundays)
- $ / Month: Maximum dollars allowed per month (Required, limit resets the 2nd of every month)
- Valid Days: Days when purchases are allowed.
- Valid Times: Times of day when purchases are allowed. If purchases should be allowed at all times, select All and Day as the beginning and ending times, respectively. All times are in CST.
- Purchase Type: Voyager cards can allow purchases in addition to fuel at select retailers (ex. maintenance, tires). As this option requires a separate credit approval, it is only editable once that approval is obtained.
- Department: This field is optional. Customers have the option to assign departments to their cards to track spending. Select the department you want to assign from the drop-down menu. You can create your own departments and manage them through the Manage Departments page in the User Menu.
Once all required fields are completed, click Submit.
Enter Your Shipping Information
You can specify the shipping address. By default, card orders are sent to the address on file. Changing the address on this screen does not change your account's default mailing address. To change the default mailing address, please visit our guide Change Company Address.
You can also specify the shipping method for your order. By default, cards are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service with delivery estimated between 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary, depending on your location.
Shipping via UPS is also available, but current rates will apply and be charged to your next invoice. Click Submit to process your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order was received and another email when shipping occurs.
