View Card Report

P-Fleet's website makes it easy to view and download a report of all of your cards.

First, log into your account on our website. Then go to the Reports tab.

Click on Card Report. This will show you all cards associated with your account(s).

Here you can filter the report to view only the items you'd like.

• Status: You can view All cards, only Valid cards, or only Invalid cards.
• Tied to: You can view All cards regardless of the tie, only cards tied to Driver, or only cards tied to Vehicle.

If you need to edit the information/limits on any of your cards, you can click this link for a guide on how to manage your cards.

Once you have filtered the cards to view the ones you want, you can click Export to download it into different formats.

• Print: Opens the table in a printer friendly format.
• Copy: Copies the table so you can paste it into a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excel: Downloads a Microsoft Excel formatted file
• CSV: Downloads a Comma Separated Values file that can be opened in notepad or a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• PDF: Downloads a PDF file that can be opened in most file viewers and/or printed
