Customers can manage almost every aspect of their Voyager cards by logging into their online account. You can change PINs, update card limits and assign departments to your cards. Start by navigating to the Cards screen.
Some identifying features are always present. These are:
- Card Number: This is the card number printed on the card. This field is not editable. If you need a card with a new number, you will need to order a new card.
- Description: This is the driver or vehicle description associated with a card. This field is not editable. If you need a card with a new description, you will need to order a new card.
- Vehicle: If a card is tied to a vehicle, this is the 6-digit number identifying the vehicle. This field is not editable. If you need a card with a different vehicle number you will need to order a new card.
- Status: This shows you the current card status, and allows you to cancel, replace or reactivate a card.
Your cards' features are broken into 2 sections, Card Information and Card Limits.
When changing a field, simply select or enter the new information and then click anywhere on the page. The field will update in a matter of seconds.
Card Information
- Prompt: This shows what the card prompts for when swiped at the station. This field is not editable. If you need a card with a new prompt, you will need to order a new card. Here are the different types of prompt available:
- PIN: The card can only be used by its own PIN which you can find in the PIN column on this page.
- Driver ID: The card can be used by any active Driver ID which you can find in the Drivers page.
- Vehicle ID: The card can be used by any active Vehicle ID which you can find in the Vehicles page.
- PIN: Voyager cards that prompt for PIN use 4 to 6 digit PINs. PINs also cannot be overly simple (e.g., 1111, 123456).
- Purchase Type: Voyager cards can allow purchases in addition to fuel at select retailers (ex. maintenance, tires). This field is not editable. If you would like to change the purchase type setting please contact customer service at customer.service@pfleet.com.
- Department: This field is optional. Customers have the option to assign departments to their cards to track spending. Select the department you want to assign from the drop-down menu. You can create your own departments and manage them through the Manage Departments page in the User Menu.
Card Limits
- Card Limit Setting: Soft limits allow drivers to call in to receive a one-time bypass in the event they hit their limits. Hard limits will not allow drivers to call in for a bypass.
- Tran. / Day: Number of transactions allowed per day (Required, limit resets at midnight CST)
- $ / Tran.: Maximum dollars allowed per transaction.
- $ / Day: Maximum dollars allowed per day (Required, limit resets at midnight CST)
- $ / Week: Maximum dollars allowed per week (Required, limit resets on Sundays)
- $ / Month: Maximum dollars allowed per month (Required, limit resets the 2nd of every month)
- Valid Days: Days when purchases are allowed.
- Valid Times: Times of day when purchases are allowed. If purchases should be allowed at all times, select All and Day as the beginning and ending times, respectively. All times are in CST.
