P-Fleet's website makes it easy for you to set up email alerts for transactions made on your account! These alerts are sent to you in an email after the station finalizes the transactions (about 48 hours after the transactions are made).
Please note: Each user must log in to their own profile and set up their own alerts. Alerts are emailed to the email address for the user.
First, log into your account on our website. Then go to the user menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Click on the "Alerts" button.
On this screen, you have several options for alerts including Products, Purchase Times, Purchase Days, Location, and E-Receipts. They are explained in detail at the bottom of this guide. These settings are not additive, and alerts only need to meet one criteria to be included in the alerts email.
To receive that type of alert, move the relevant switch to the "On" position. If you'd like to stop receiving an alert type, move the switch to the "Off" position.
When you're done selecting your options, hit "Save" at the bottom to save your changes.
Below is a breakdown of the available alert options:
Products: Alerts will be sent anytime the selected product(s) is purchased.
Purchase Time 1 and Purchase Time 2: Alerts will be sent for any selected time ranges. You can create up to two time ranges to receive alerts for. This allows alerts to span across midnight. For example, if you'd like alerts for any time between 6pm and 6am you'd set Purchase Time 1 as 6pm to 12am and Purchase Time 2 as 12am to 6am.
Days of Week: Alerts will be sent anytime purchases are made for the day(s) of week selected.
Location: Alerts will be sent for the states selected. If Equals, alerts will be sent whenever purchases are made in the selected states. If Does not equal, alerts will be sent anytime purchases are made outside the selected states. To select the state's you'd like you can either click them on the map, or use the list on the right.
E-Receipts: Alerts will be sent for every transaction made on your account.
