P-Fleet's website makes it easy for you to set up email alerts for transactions made on your account!
Please note: Each user must log in to their own profile and set up their own alerts. Alerts are emailed to the email address on file for the user.
First, log into your account on our website. Then go to the user menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Click on the "Alerts" button.
On this screen, you have several options for alerts.
When you're done selecting your options, hit "Save" at the bottom to save your changes.
Below is a breakdown of the available alert options:
Alert Timing: Most alerts have an alert timing component. This determines if the alert will sent when an authorization is received or when the transaction is fully posted by the stations.
- Authorizations - Alerts are generally sent within minutes of when they occurred. However, they are missing some information like fuel type and total gallons purchased. Authorization may also be missing some or all location information
- Posted - Alerts are sent after stations fully process transactions. As such they contain all transaction information. Stations general post transactions about 48 hours after transactions are made.
Products: Alerts will be sent anytime the selected product(s) is purchased. Note that product alerts are only available for posted transactions.
Purchase Time 1 and Purchase Time 2: Alerts will be sent for any selected time ranges. You can create up to two time ranges to receive alerts for.
Days of Week: Alerts will be sent anytime purchases are made for the day(s) of week selected.
Location: Alerts will be sent for the states selected.
- If Equals, alerts will be sent whenever purchases are made in the selected states.
- If Does not equal, alerts will be sent anytime purchases are made outside the selected states.
- Note that location information may be missing for some authorizations. To ensure an alert is sent for every transaction you will need to select posted for the alert timing.
E-Receipts: Alerts will be sent for every transaction made on your account. E-Receipts are sent after stations have processed all transaction data and contain full transaction details. This is generally 48 hours after the transactions are made Note that price is not included in E-Receipts, to view the price of the transaction you will need to look up the details on our transactions page.
Authorizations : Alerts will be sent for every transaction made on your account. Authorization notifications are sent as soon as we receive any data from sites, generally within minutes. As such, they do not have full information and are missing the fuel type and gallon amounts. In addition, location information may be missing from some transactions.
