Managing and adding users to your account is easy and only takes a few steps!
First, log into your account on our website. Then go to the user menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Click on the "Manage Users" button.

Once you get to this landing page, you'll see a list of all users for your account and their active permissions.
Below is a list of permissions and an explanation of what each does:
- Account Admin: User can edit account level information such as address, users, and departments.
- Add Cards/Drivers/Vehicles: User can add new cards, drivers, or vehicles.
- Edit Cards/Drivers/Vehicles: User can edit existing cards, drivers, or vehicles.
- Alerts: User can set up transaction alerts for themselves.
- Reporting: User can access transactions and other reports from the website.
- View Invoices: User can view and download invoices.
- Make Payments: User can access the billing center where they can view past payment information, present balances, and pay invoices.
To remove a user completely, you can click the Status dropdown to the left of their email, click Invalid, then click Save at the bottom.
Add Users
In the Manage Users page, click on the Create User button in the top-right corner.
You will need to enter some basic information about the new user, including their email address, first name, last name, and phone number. Then, you’ll need to choose the permissions for the user.
After you have filled out this information, select which accounts the user should have access to. On the left you will see any accounts you have access to. Select those by clicking on them then hit the add button to move the accounts to the right side of the menu.
Once all the information has been entered and your permissions have been selected, click on the "Save" button to save your changes and you are done!
The new user will receive an email asking them to reset their password. After that, their account is active and they should be able to log in without issue.
